<북미정상회담 합의문 내용>김정은-트럼프 공동성명 전문

김정은 북한 국무위원장과 도널드 트럼프 미국 대통령은 12일 싱가포르에서 북미정상회담을 갖고 합의문에 서명하고 공동 성명을 발표했다. 다음은 양국 정상이 서명한 공동 성명 내용(국문, 영문).

 도널드 트럼프 미 대통령과 김정은 북한 국무위원장은 2018년 6월 12일 싱가포르에서 최초의 역사적 정상회담을 했다.

 트럼프 대통령과 김 위원장은 한반도에서 평화체제를 구축과 새로운 북미관계 형성과 관련된 이슈에 대해 포괄적이고 심도높은 의견교환을 했다. 

 트럼프 대통령은 김 위원장에게 안전보장을 제공한다고 약속했다. 김 위원장은 한반도의 완전한 비핵화를 위한 흔들리지 않고 굳건한 노력을 재확인했다.

 새로운 북미관계 형성은 한반도와 전 세계의 번영과 평화에 공헌할 것이라고 확신하며, (이러한) 상호신뢰는 한반도의 비핵화를 인정할 수 있다. 다음은 합의문 전문.

 1.미국과 조선민주주의인민공화국은 두 나라의 국민들의 평화와 번영에 부합되게 새로운 관계를 설립하는데 노력한다.

 2.미국과 조선민주주의인민공화국 한반도의 한반도 지속·안정적 평화체제 구축에 노력한다.

 3. 2018년 4월27일 판문점선언을 재차 확인하고, 조선민주주의인민공화국은 한반도의 완전한 비핵화(complete denuclerarization)를 위해 노력할 것을 약속한다.

 4. 미국과 북한은 신원이 이미 확인된 전쟁포로(POW)및 전쟁실종자(MIA)들의 유해를 즉각 (미국으로)송환하는 것을 포함해 유해 수습을 약속한다

 역사상 처음인 북미 회담은 수십년간의 적대감과 긴장감을 극복하고 새로운 미래를 열기위한 중요한 의미를 갖는 획기적인 행사였으며, 트럼프 대통령과 김 위원장은 이 합의문 조항을 신속하고 완전하게 이행해야 한다.

 미북은 정상회담의 결과을 이행하기 위해 마이크 폼페이오 미 국무부장관과 북한 고위층인사가 가능한 빠른 시일내에 다음 협상을 할 것을 약속한다.

 트럼프 대통령과 김 위원장은 새로운 미북 관계발전과 세계와 한반도의 평화.번영 증진을 위한 협조를 약속한다.

Joint Statement of President Donald J. Trump of the United States of America and Chairman Kim Jong Un of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea at the Singapore Summit. President Donald J. Trump of the United States of America and Chairman Kim Jong Un of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) held a first, historic summit in Singapore on June 12, 2018. President Trump and Chairman Kim Jong Un conducted a comprehensive, in-depth, and sincere exchange of opinions on the issues related to the establishment of new U.S.-DPRK relations and the building of a lasting and robust peace regime on the Korean Peninsula. President Trump committed to provide security guarantees to the DPRK, and Chairman Kim Jong Un reaffirmed his firm and unwavering commitment to complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula. Convinced that the establishment of new U.S.-DPRK relations will contribute to the peace and prosperity of the Korean Peninsula and of the world, and recognizing that mutual confidence building can promote the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, President Trump and Chairman Kim Jong Un state the following: 1. The United States and the DPRK commit to establish new U.S.-DPRK relations in accordance with the desire of the peoples of the two countries for peace and prosperity. 2. The United States and the DPRK will join their efforts to build a lasting and stable peace regime on the Korean Peninsula. 3. Reaffirming the April 27, 2018 Panmunjom Declaration, the DPRK commits to work towards complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula. 4. The United States and the DPRK commit to recovering POW/MIA remains, including the immediate repatriation of those already identified. Having acknowledged that the U.S.-DPRK summit -- the first in history -- was an epochal event of great significance
